1. Data user

AdClawPro Sdn. Bhd. is the data user for personal data processed through this platform.

2. Categories of personal data

We process business contact details (name, work email, phone), account credentials, billing identifiers, website content you provide, and visitor data collected by the AI chat widget (messages and voluntarily supplied contact details).

3. Purpose of processing

To deliver the subscribed services, bill usage, provide customer support, maintain security, and comply with Malaysian law.

4. Disclosure

Data may be disclosed to our hosting, email, payment and (when configured) AI sub-processors, and to Malaysian authorities where required by law.

5. Cross-border transfer

Where AI providers or sub-processors process data outside Malaysia, we ensure equivalent protection through contractual safeguards.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, or correction of, your personal data, or limit its processing, by emailing privacy@adclawpro.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Chat widget visitors

If you are a website visitor using an AdClawPro-powered chat widget, the website operator is the data user and AdClawPro acts as a data processor on their behalf. Contact the operator of the website you were browsing for access requests.
