Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using AdClawPro you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and your organisation.

2. The service

AdClawPro provides AI visibility scanning, knowledge management, machine-readable data and schema generation, content drafting and an AI chat agent. Scores and generated outputs are heuristic recommendations, not guarantees of ranking or citation by third-party AI engines.

3. Trials, subscriptions and credits

Trials are 7 days. Subscription fees are billed monthly in MYR. Prepaid AI credits fund measured usage and are consumed according to published rates; hard caps pause services at your configured limits. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, to probe our infrastructure, or to submit personal data of special categories through the chat agent. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving generated content before publication.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of your business data. You grant us a licence to process it solely to operate the service. Verified business facts are used exclusively within your own tenant; they are never shared with other customers.

6. Availability

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where practicable.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts for breach of these terms, including non-payment or abusive usage.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
